We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Real Estate Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive revenue growth, and achieve business targets.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue.
Generate qualified leads through multiple sales channels.
Manage client inquiries, site visits, negotiations, and deal closures.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and channel partners.
Track daily sales activities and monitor team performance through CRM.
Conduct regular sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for management.
Coordinate with the marketing team to maximize campaign performance.




Ensure high customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Required SkillsStrong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Proven experience in real estate sales and closing high-value deals.
CRM software proficiency.
Ability to handle pressure and achieve sales targets.
Strong presentation and client relationship management skills.
Knowledge of the Noida and NCR real estate market is preferred.
EligibilityBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
3–8 years of experience in real estate sales.
Experience managing a team of sales executives or team leaders.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Immediate joiners will be preferred.
