We are looking for a proactive Laundry Manager to lead our daily operations and ensure exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily laundry operations from order receipt to dispatch.
Lead, train, and supervise the operations team.
Ensure garments meet CleanFoldz quality standards.
Deliver orders on time while maintaining operational efficiency.
Monitor inventory, consumables, and machine maintenance.
Resolve operational and customer issues promptly.
Maintain a clean, secure, and organized workplace.
Track and improve productivity, quality, and operational KPIs.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in laundry, hospitality, manufacturing, or operations management.
Solid leadership and team management skills.
Positive organisational and problem-solving abilities.
Basic computer knowledge (Excel/MS Office).
Experience in laundry or dry cleaning operations is preferred.
