Handling customer/dealer escalation and ensuring a quick resolution
Handling customers incoming calls
Customer/dealer data management on Excel/CRM

Working on TAT monitoring
Conducting regular customer and dealer satisfaction surveys
Skills and Qualifications
Available for full time (in-office)
Any degree.
Valuable oral as well as written communication skills.
