We are seeking an experienced SAP IS Retail Consultant with robust expertise in retail business processes and SAP Retail solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP IS Retail functionalities, collaborating with business stakeholders, and delivering scalable retail solutions aligned with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities
Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP IS Retail solutions.
Configure and support SAP IS Retail modules and retail-specific processes.
Work on Merchandise Management, Assortment Planning, Pricing, Promotions, and Store Operations.
Support master data management including Articles, Sites, Vendors, and Assortments.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including SAP MM, SD, FI, and WM/EWM.
Perform gap analysis, system testing, UAT support, and production support activities.
Prepare functional specifications and support integration developments.
Participate in implementation, rollout, upgrade, and support projects.




Ensure compliance with retail business processes and SAP best practices.
Provide end-user training and documentation.

Required Skills
5+ years of experience in SAP IS Retail.
Solid knowledge of SAP Retail business processes.
Experience with:
Merchandise Management
Assortment Management
Article Master
Site Master
Pricing & Promotions
Listing and Assortments
Retail Purchasing
Inventory Management
Experience in SAP MM and SD integration.
Solid understanding of retail supply chain and store operations.
Experience in requirement gathering, solution design, testing, and support.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred Skills
SAP S/4HANA Retail experience.
SAP CAR (Customer Activity Repository).
SAP Fiori applications.
SAP POS integration experience.
Retail implementation or rollout project experience.
SAP Retail certification is a plus.
