Job Description: Technical Delivery Lead / Associate Technical Delivery Manager (Sitecore)

Role Overview

The Technical Delivery Lead / Associate TDM will spearhead the delivery of enterprise-grade digital platforms for a high-profile UAE-based government entity. This role blends robust technical steering in Sitecore CMS with agile project delivery. The successful candidate will manage cross-functional engineering teams, align stakeholders, and ensure compliance with strict government security standards.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership & Sitecore Governance

Act as the primary technical authority for enterprise Sitecore implementations (Sitecore XM/XP, XC, or Sitecore Experience Cloud/SaaS products).

Guide the development team on Sitecore best practices, architecture decisions, Helix principles, and SXA guidelines.

Oversee code quality, performance tuning, security hardening,



and CI/CD automation workflows.

Delivery & Project Management

Own end-to-end sprint planning, execution, and delivery timelines using Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Manage resource allocation, identify technical risks, and proactively implement mitigation strategies.

Bridge the gap between technical teams and non-technical government stakeholders to align on deliverables.

Compliance & Security

Ensure all deliverables meet the rigorous security, data privacy, and compliance frameworks required by the UAE government.

Support the internal and external audit teams during the security clearance and penetration testing phases.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Experience

Sitecore Expertise: Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience in Sitecore development, architecture, and upgrade paths.

Tech Stack: Robust foundation in .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, C#, Azure Cloud Services, SQL Server, and up-to-date frontend frameworks (React/Angular/Vue)

Integrations: Proven experience integrating Sitecore with third-party systems like ERPs, CRMs, IAM solutions, and secure payment gateways.
