We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Non-IT Recruiter to handle White Collar Hiring across multiple industries. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for corporate and qualified roles excluding BPO hiring.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for white collar non-IT positions.
Understand job requirements shared by clients/hiring managers.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and social media platforms.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR discussions.
Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
Maintain recruitment databases and daily trackers.
Build a solid pipeline of quality candidates for ongoing requirements.
Ensure timely closures within assigned deadlines.

Required Skills:
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Robust understanding of sourcing and screening techniques.
Familiarity with job portals like Naukri, Indeed, and LinkedIn.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
