We are looking for a Senior Network Engineer who can take technical ownership, handle critical incidents, and lead from the front in a high-impact enterprise setting.
Certifications
CCNA alone will NOT be considered
CCNP (Cisco Certified Network Skilled) Mandatory
Key Responsibilities
Provide L3 support for complex network issues and critical escalations (P1/P2 incidents)
Own and drive end-to-end resolution of network incidents
Troubleshoot enterprise networks across LAN/WAN/MPLS/SD-WAN environments
Work on routing protocols like BGP, OSPF, EIGRP
Handle escalation management and collaborate with OEM/vendors (Cisco, Juniper, etc.)
Lead and mentor a team of network engineers (team handling is mandatory)
Ensure network performance, availability, and SLA compliance
Participate in incident, problem, and change management (ITIL)
Required Skills & Experience
9+ years of experience in networking
Robust hands-on experience in L3 support / escalation handling (must-have)
Expertise in Routing & Switching + MPLS / SD-WAN
Experience with Cisco routers/switches (Nexus, Catalyst, etc.)
Strong troubleshooting skills in enterprise environments
Team handling / leadership experience is mandatory
