Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
Conduct interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates.
Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on the recruitment process.
Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless execution of recruitment plans.
Analyze recruitment metrics to optimize the hiring process.

Job Requirements
Proven experience in recruitment or a related field, with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
Strong knowledge of CRM/IT Enabled Services/BPO industry trends and practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and mentoring skills.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced setting and meet deadlines.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills,



with attention to detail.
Experience with recruitment software and tools, such as applicant tracking systems.
