Site Supervisor Building Construction
Location: Chhattisgarh & Bihar
Role & Responsibilities
Manage labour, allocate work, and check attendance.
Monitor material use and avoid wastage; maintain stock records.
Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and vendors.
Ensure work stays on schedule and report daily progress to seniors.
Maintain safety at site and follow all safety rules.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Minimum 3 years experience as a site supervisor in building construction.
Able to read basic construction drawings.
Valuable at handling labour and site coordination.
Willing to work at sites in Chhattisgarh and Bihar (relocation/travel required).
Hardworking, disciplined, and able to work under pressure.
