Job Requirements
Proven experience as a Process Trainer or similar role in the CRM/IT Enabled Services/BPO industry.
Solid understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.




Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Experience with training software and technologies is an asset.
