Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Female Telecaller to connect with potential customers, generate leads, and support sales activities. Freshers are welcome to apply. The ideal candidate should have a positive attitude, good interpersonal skills, and a willingness to learn. No English proficiency is required.

Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Explain company products and services to customers.
Generate and qualify leads for B2B, B2C, Enterprise, and SMB sales.
Follow up with prospective customers and maintain regular communication.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and call outcomes.
Address customer queries and provide basic product information.
Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion and follow-ups.




Achieve daily calling and productivity targets.
