Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Treasury Associate to support finance operations, including cash management, banking operations, and compliance with FEMA and regulatory norms. The role involves managing domestic and foreign payments, forex transactions, trade finance, and liquidity.

Key Responsibilities
Payment Processing: Ensure timely domestic and foreign vendor and statutory payments in compliance with RBI regulations and internal treasury controls.
Forex: Handle foreign exchange transactions, including rate booking and settlement, in compliance with RBI and FEMA norms.
Reconciliation & Reporting: Reconcile bank statements and prepare treasury MIS reports.
Regulatory Compliance: Manage FEMA compliances, including IDPMS and EDPMS, and ensure adherence to treasury policies and controls.
Audit Support:



Support treasury-related audits and maintain accurate documentation.
Investment Management: Maintain records of company investments.

Candidate Requirements
Education: Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
Experience: 24 years in treasury or finance operations
Technical Skills: Cash management, banking products, trade processing, FX, mutual funds, and money markets
Mandatory: FEMA compliance knowledge (IDPMS & EDPMS)
Tools: MS Excel and financial reporting tools/ERPs
