Role & responsibilities
Conduct thermal inspections using infrared (thermal) cameras.
Detect water leakage, dampness, moisture intrusion, and hidden plumbing leaks.
Capture thermal and visible images during site inspections.
Prepare detailed inspection reports with findings and recommendations.
Explain inspection results to customers in a explicit and skilled manner.
Coordinate with the civil and waterproofing teams for issue resolution.
Maintain thermal inspection equipment and ensure accurate data collection.
Travel to customer sites across Chennai for inspections.
Preferred candidate profile
Diploma/ITI/BE/B.Tech in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or a related field.
Freshers or candidates with up to 3 years of experience are welcome.
Basic knowledge of thermal imaging or building inspection is preferred.
Positive communication skills in Tamil; basic English is an advantage.
Willing to travel within Chennai.
Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence is preferred.
Robust observation, analytical, and report-writing skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, and mobile applications).
