Job Title: Marketing Executive – Healthcare Outreach

Job Responsibilities
Visit hospitals, diagnostic centres, pharmacies, patient lodges, NGOs and nearby healthcare locations.
Inform patients and families about Save Medha Foundation’s supportive healthcare services.
Distribute brochures, visiting cards and QR codes.
Generate patient enquiries and schedule appointments for the Mumbai Centre.
Follow up with interested patients through phone and WhatsApp.
Maintain accurate daily records of leads, appointments and patient visits.
Support health-awareness camps, seminars and outreach programs.
Build qualified relationships with healthcare workers, patient-support groups and local organizations.




Explain services honestly without making cure guarantees or discouraging prescribed medical treatment.

Candidate Requirements
Graduate or experienced in marketing, healthcare outreach or field sales.
Valuable communication skills in Hindi and Marathi; basic English preferred.
Comfortable with fieldwork and travelling locally.
Polite, empathetic and confident while speaking with patients.
Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Google Sheets and CRM systems.
Healthcare marketing experience will be preferred.

Performance Expectations
Generate qualified patient enquiries.
Book appointments and improve centre visits.
Complete regular follow-ups.
Submit daily and weekly activity reports.
