Job Responsibilities:
Develop and improve automotive paint and coating formulations.
Conduct product development, testing, and validation for OEM customers.
Work closely with production, quality, and technical teams.
Support current product trials and customer approvals.
Ensure products meet quality and performance standards.
Candidate Profile:
3–8 years of experience in Automotive Paints/Auto Coatings R&D;.
Experience with 2-Wheeler OEM or Automotive OEM customers is preferred.
Knowledge of paint formulation, testing, and product development.
Positive communication and problem-solving skills.
Candidates from Hosur or nearby locations will be preferred.
