The role requires experience with contemporary GIS tools, spatial databases, and web mapping technologies.

Requirements

Technical Skills
Strong hands-on experience with QGIS and its plugins, libraries, and processing tools.
Expertise in GIS , Spatial Analysis , and Mapping Technologies .
Experience working with Vector and Raster data.
Robust knowledge of GeoServer .
Experience with PostGIS and PostgreSQL .
Knowledge of GeoJSON , Shapefiles, Geo-databases, and other GIS data formats.
Experience with OpenLayers , Leaflet , and web GIS development.




Strong understanding of Spatial Interpolation , Network Analysis, and Geostatistics .
Experience in geospatial database design and management.
Valuable understanding of cartographic principles and GIS visualisation.
Knowledge of Python scripting for GIS automation.
Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
Experience with Git or SVN version control systems.
Familiarity with Linux and Windows environments.
