MNR University is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Admission Counsellor to guide prospective students and parents through the admission process. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and counselling skills with a strong ability to convert enquiries into admissions.
Key Responsibilities
Counsel prospective students and parents regarding academic programs, eligibility, fee structure, scholarships, and admission procedures.
Handle admission enquiries through phone calls, emails, walk-ins, and online platforms.
Follow up with prospective students to maximize admissions conversion.
Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, and admissions in CRM/Excel.
Coordinate with academic departments and the admissions team for smooth processing of applications.
Conduct campus tours and participate in admission drives, education fairs, and promotional events.
Build and maintain solid relationships with students, parents, and educational institutions.
Eligibility
Any Graduate.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Admissions Counselling, Education Counselling, Student Recruitment, or a similar role.
Experience in the education or higher education sector is preferred.
Required Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Solid counselling, convincing, and negotiation abilities.
Valuable interpersonal and relationship management skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
