Role Summary:
Looking for a Platform Engineer to work on a Security-as-a-Service product initiative. This is a hands-on data-path/platform engineering role spanning networking, security, and cloud data-path components.

Must-Have Skills:
Strong foundation in Networking fundamentals and OSI layers
Solid understanding of network security concepts and secure network design/deployment
Hands-on experience with Firewalls, security management platforms, routers, and switches
Experience with data path modules in Private and/or Public cloud environments




Hands-on experience with DPDK (Data Plane Development Kit) integration
Strong OS internals knowledge (Linux preferred) — memory, process, and networking stack
Strong debugging/troubleshooting skills across product, network, and OS layers
Language: C/C++ or Go or Java

Good to Have:
Experience with enterprise firewall platforms (e.g., Firepower/FTD, ASA, Palo Alto, Fortinet, Check Point)
Exposure to Agile delivery methodology
Cloud platform experience (AWS/Azure/GCP) in networking/security context

Notes for TA:
Given urgency, candidates in the 8–12 year band with solid DPDK + data-path + firewall hands-on experience should be considered even if slightly short of 12 years.
Immediate joiners or short notice period candidates strongly preferred.
Screen for product/systems-level engineering and coding ability, not operations/admin experience.
