We are seeking an experienced Senior Compliance Officer to lead and oversee regulatory compliance, corporate governance, risk management, and internal policy implementation across the organization. The ideal candidate will ensure adherence to applicable laws, industry regulations, and ethical standards while partnering with leadership teams to strengthen the companys compliance framework.
Develop, implement, and monitor company-wide compliance programs and policies.
Ensure compliance with Indian regulatory requirements, corporate laws, and industry standards.
Conduct compliance risk assessments and recommend mitigation strategies.
Lead internal audits, investigations, and compliance reviews.
Liaise with regulators, legal advisors, and external auditors.
Monitor changes in laws and regulations affecting the business.
Drive ethics, anti-bribery, anti-corruption, data privacy, and governance initiatives.
Prepare compliance reports and present findings to senior management and board committees.
Conduct employee training and awareness programs on compliance matters.
Support enterprise risk management and business continuity initiatives.
