We are seeking a knowledgeable and empathetic Education Counsellor to guide students through the process of studying abroad. You will help students choose the right courses, universities, and countries, while assisting them with application, admission, and visa processes
Provide one-on-one counselling to students interested in studying abroad (e.g., in the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, Europe, etc.).
Maintain accurate records of interactions with students
Follow up with leads generated by the telesales/marketing team and convert them into enrollments.
Prior experience in student counseling, preferably in the overseas education
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
