Obtain quotations, compare prices, and prepare purchase orders.
Coordinate with vendors for timely delivery and quality compliance.
Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
Maintain supplier records and procurement documentation.
Coordinate with engineering, production, stores, and quality teams.
Verify materials against technical specifications and drawings.
Track purchase orders and resolve supply-related issues.
Monitor inventory levels to avoid shortages.
Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
Preferred candidate profile
Candidate must be from Mechanical Field only. Having 0 to 3 years experience. Accommodation, Transportation & Food will be in candidate scope.
