Job Description: Team Leader Sales

Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Team Leader to lead and manage a high-performing sales team. Candidates with prior experience in real estate are preferred; however, Team Leaders from other sales-driven industries are also encouraged to apply if they are eager to build a career in real estate and can thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales executives to achieve business targets.
Monitor daily sales performance and ensure timely follow-ups with prospects.
Coach and mentor team members to improve productivity and conversion rates.
Conduct team huddles, training sessions, and performance reviews.
Handle customer escalations and support the team in closing deals.
Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance.
Ensure accurate reporting, CRM updates, and adherence to company processes.
Maintain high levels of team engagement and accountability.

Eligibility
3–7 years of experience in sales, with at least 1–2 years of team handling experience.
Candidates from Real Estate are preferred.




Team Leaders from industries such as Banking, Insurance, BFSI, Telecom, EdTech, Automobile, FMCG, Consumer Durables, BPO, Retail, or other target-driven sales environments are also welcome to apply.
Must be comfortable working in a quick-paced, target-oriented environment and handling performance pressure.
Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and people management skills.
