Build and maintain workflows, Flow Designer solutions, and business rules.
Develop client scripts, UI policies, UI actions, and server-side scripts.
Create and maintain Service Catalog items and request workflows.
Develop integrations using REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, and APIs.
Perform platform upgrades, patch management, and instance maintenance.
Troubleshoot incidents, defects, and performance issues.
Work with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
