Product Manager Industrial UPS

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute product strategy for Industrial UPS and Critical Power Solutions.
Drive business growth across Oil & Gas, Power, Steel, Cement, Refinery, Petrochemical, Mining, and Process Industries.
Manage the complete product lifecycle, including product positioning, pricing, and profitability.
Engage with EPCs, consultants, OEMs, system integrators, and key industrial customers.
Provide techno-commercial support for tenders, solution design, UPS sizing, battery sizing, and project proposals.
Support sales teams with customer presentations, technical discussions, and bid management.
Identify market prospects through competitor analysis and customer insights.
Coordinate with R&D;, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Service teams for product improvements and successful project execution.
Conduct product launches, technical training, seminars, and customer engagement programs.
Achieve revenue, margin, market share, and product growth targets.
