Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Manager – E-Commerce & Quick Commerce to drive online sales, manage marketplace operations, and accelerate business growth across E-Commerce and Quick Commerce channels. The candidate should have hands-on experience in FMCG/Food categories and expertise in managing key online marketplaces.

Roles & Responsibilities
Manage and grow business on Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, BigBasket, JioMart, and other marketplaces.
Drive revenue, profitability, and category growth across online channels.
Handle product listings, pricing, promotions, visibility campaigns, and recent product launches.
Build and maintain relationships with marketplace account/category managers.
Monitor inventory, order fulfillment,



and stock availability with internal teams.
Analyze sales performance, consumer trends, and competitor activities.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales MIS and business reports.
Optimize marketplace marketing spends and improve ROI.

Preferred Candidate Profile
Graduate; MBA preferred.
5–8 years of experience in E-Commerce & Quick Commerce, preferably in FMCG/Food/Spices.
Solid knowledge of marketplace operations, account management, and online sales.
Proficient in MS Excel, MIS reporting, and data analysis.
Excellent communication, analytical, and negotiation skills.

Ensure smooth marketplace operations and customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance teams.
Identify prospects to improve online visibility and conversion
