JOB PURPOSE : Delivering Customer satisfaction by making the internal operational processes smooth using CRM Tools, analyzing customer data and alingling with

business objectives.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Administering and optimizing the CRM system, including data entry, segmentation, and reporting.

• Close coordination with Sales, Sourcing , logistic & Warehousing (production) for smooth proceedings of operations resulting in customer satisfaction.

• Understanding and utilizing various CRM technologies and tools to manage customer

data and automate processes.

• Creating Sales order, Invoices , PDIs.

• Analyzing forecast, deliveries, stock.

• Bridge between all the internal customers.

CREDENTIALS & EXPERIENCE :
