Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience)

Requirements:
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in real estate sales.
Experience in plot selling is mandatory.
Robust knowledge of the Patna real estate market will be preferred.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to generate leads and close deals effectively.
Self-motivated and target-oriented approach.

Responsibilities:
Promote and sell residential and commercial plots.
Generate current leads through field visits and networking.
Maintain relationships with clients and channel partners.
Conduct site visits and explain project details to customers.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
