Role Overview

Drive sales by connecting with prospective customers, promoting premium membership plans, and converting leads into paid members through effective consultative selling.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to assigned leads.
Pitch and sell premium membership plans.
Convert free users into paid customers.
Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-up updates.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Requirements
Minimum 6 months of telesales, telemarketing, or outbound sales experience.
Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil.
Robust sales, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
Target-driven with a positive attitude.
Basic computer proficiency.
