Job Requirements
Strong knowledge of coding principles, including medical terminology and coding systems.
Experience working with electronic health records (EHR) systems and other healthcare software.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
Robust communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with healthcare professionals.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong time management and organizational skills.
Familiarity with CRM/IT enabled services/BPO industry, focusing on delivering high-quality results.
