Job Responsibilities:
Lead campaign ideation and creative strategy across multiple client accounts on a monthly basis.
Develop a deep understanding of each client's product/service, target audience, and core problem being solved.
Write compelling, on-brand copy across formats — social media, digital ads, emailers, scripts, and long-form content.
Translate campaign objectives into creative communication strategies that drive results.
Ensure all copy strictly adheres to brand guidelines while pushing creative boundaries.
Review, edit, and fact-check content produced by junior copywriters; provide constructive, growth-oriented feedback.
Mentor junior team members and create a culture of creative confidence and ideation.
Stay ahead of media trends, platform shifts, and cultural moments to bring fresh, relevant ideas to clients.




Confidently present and pitch creative concepts to clients; push back thoughtfully and guide them toward better ideas.
Collaborate closely with designers, strategists, and account managers to ensure cohesive campaign execution.

Requirements:
3–5 years of copywriting experience, preferably in a digital marketing agency setting.
Solid portfolio demonstrating range — across brands, formats, and tones.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Hindi is a plus.
Proven ability to lead ideation sessions and present ideas with clarity and confidence.
Experience mentoring or reviewing work of junior writers.
Sharp understanding of digital platforms — Instagram, YouTube, Meta Ads, Google, and beyond.
High ownership mindset with strong time management and deadline adherence.
Ability to handle multiple accounts and projects simultaneously without compromising quality.
