Develop and maintain expertise in IT-enabled services, including BPO operations.
Provide training and support to junior coders on best practices and industry standards.
Participate in quality assurance activities to ensure high-quality coding services.
Job Requirements
Solid knowledge of medical terminology and coding principles.
Experience working with CRM software and IT-enabled services.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team setting.
Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with BPO operations and management is an added advantage.
