About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Sales Executive to join our premium fitness club. The ideal candidate should be passionate about sales, customer service, and fitness, with the ability to convert walk-ins and leads into long-term members.

Key Responsibilities
Convert walk-ins, enquiries, and online leads into memberships.
Conduct club tours and explain membership plans, facilities, and offers.
Follow up with prospects through calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
Achieve monthly membership and revenue targets.
Upsell Personal Training, transformation packages, and other services.
Maintain lead data and update CRM/software daily.
Build corporate tie-ups, local partnerships, and referral networks.
Ensure excellent customer experience from enquiry to onboarding.
Participate in outdoor promotions, events, and lead generation activities.

Requirements




Graduate preferred (12th pass with relevant experience can apply).
1–3 years of experience in Sales, Fitness, Hospitality, Retail, or Wellness.
Excellent communication in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
Solid sales, negotiation, and closing skills.
Presentable personality with a positive attitude.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel/CRM).
Comfortable working on weekends and rotational shifts.

Salary & Benefits
Fixed Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000/month (based on experience)

Preferred Skills
