Role Overview:
As Business Development Executive, you will play a vital role in transforming marketing-generated leads into satisfied customers. Youll engage inbound leads, qualify their needs, nurture relationships, negotiate deals, and close sales to accelerate our growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage and follow up with inbound leads via calls, and messaging.
Understand customer requirements and qualify prospects effectively.
Nurture leads through the sales funnel, handling objections and answering queries.
Negotiate and close sales in line with company policies.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.
Work closely with marketing and product teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
What Were Looking For:
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Resilience and a positive mindset to handle rejections.
Quick learner with the ability to explain product benefits clearly.
Customer-focused approach with a drive to meet and exceed targets.
Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus but not mandatory.
Freshers with eagerness to learn and grow are encouraged to apply.
