Role & responsibilities
Plan, supervise, and control all fettling and finishing activities.
Ensure production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules are achieved.
Monitor rejection, rework, consumable usage, and productivity; implement improvement initiatives.
Lead, train, and develop supervisors, operators, and helpers.
Coordinate with Melting, Moulding, Quality, Maintenance, and Dispatch teams.
Ensure preventive maintenance of fettling equipment and optimize machine utilization.
Enforce safety regulations, PPE compliance, and 5S practices.
Review daily production reports, KPIs, and implement corrective actions.
