We are looking for an MRO Methods Engineer with hands-on experience in Nacelle and Pylon structures (Metallic & Composite) to support maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) activities. The candidate will be responsible for creating and updating SAP task lists, translating CMM requirements into executable shop-floor instructions, and supporting strip-down, rebuild, and repair processes.
Key Responsibilities
Create and update SAP task lists based on CMM procedures for strip-down and rebuild activities.
Develop and maintain SAP task list headers and operations for MRO execution.
Define and update SAP operations to align with shop-floor workflows and processes.
Review and interpret CMM documents and convert technical requirements into detailed work instructions.
Create and update SAP tasks for repair activities and approved repair schemes.
Link relevant BOMs to maintenance processes in coordination with Operations teams.
Add repair references and ensure compliance with approved repair methodologies.
Collaborate with Engineering and Operations teams to validate task lists, BOMs, and work instructions.
Support continuous improvement initiatives for maintenance processes and documentation.
Required Skills
Solid experience in MRO Methods Engineering for Nacelle and Pylon structures.
Experience in SAP task creation and updates for Strip-Down, Rebuild, and Repair activities.
Knowledge of CMM (Component Maintenance Manual), SRM (Structural Repair Manual), and MRO processes.
Valuable understanding of Aerostructures, Metallic and Composite Repairs.
Proficiency in SAP, CATIA V5, and ENOVIA.
Experience in creating operation-level work instructions from engineering documents.
