Job SummaryWe are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Personal Loan Telesales Executives to generate leads, assist customers with personal loan products, and achieve monthly sales targets. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a passion for sales.
Key ResponsibilitiesContact prospective customers through outbound calls.
Explain personal loan products, eligibility, and documentation requirements.
Generate quality leads and convert them into loan applications.
Follow up with customers until loan disbursement.
Maintain accurate customer records in CRM.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly login/disbursement targets.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth loan processing.
Ensure compliance with company policies and banking guidelines.
RequirementsGraduate or Undergraduate.
0–3 years of experience in Telesales/BFSI (Personal Loan experience preferred).
Strong communication and convincing skills.
Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling.
