Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Fabrication Engineer to oversee sheet metal fabrication activities, ensure production quality, optimize manufacturing processes, and achieve production targets. The ideal candidate should have solid knowledge of fabrication drawings, welding processes, and sheet metal manufacturing.
Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise daily fabrication and production activities.
Read and interpret engineering drawings and fabrication blueprints.
Plan and monitor fabrication work to meet production schedules.
Coordinate with Production, Quality, Planning, and Purchase departments.
Ensure proper utilization of manpower, machines, and materials.
Monitor welding, cutting, bending, grinding, and assembly operations.
Improve productivity and reduce manufacturing costs.
Identify and resolve fabrication-related technical issues.
Ensure compliance with quality standards and customer specifications.
Maintain production reports and documentation.




Implement 5S, Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, and safety practices.
Train operators and monitor work quality.
Ensure preventive maintenance coordination with the maintenance team.
