Role Overview

Virtual Relationship Managers act as a single point of contact for customers banking needs. The role involves managing existing customer portfolios, driving cross-sell of financial products, and delivering premium customer experience through digital channels such as calls and emails.

Key Responsibilities
Achieve assigned revenue targets through cross-sell (IPG, Assets, Cards, Liabilities)
Manage and service a mapped Priority customer portfolio
Drive CASA deepening and NTB lead generation
Ensure effective upselling and cross-selling of banking products
Build strong customer relationships through continuous engagement




Provide market updates and financial product insights to customers
Deliver superior customer service through digital interaction channels
Ensure usage of systems/tools for seamless end-to-end servicing
Adhere strictly to compliance, regulatory, and internal policies

Eligibility Criteria
Graduate / Post Graduate (mandatory)
25 years of experience in BFSI / Sales / Relationship Management
Prior experience in sales and cross-selling roles
Age: 20 to 35 years

Required Skills
Solid communication skills (English + regional language)
High sales orientation and target-driven approach
Positive understanding of banking products and services
Knowledge of Mutual Funds, Insurance, PMS & structured products
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Robust team collaboration skills
