Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Team Leader – Credit Card Sales to manage and lead a sales team. The candidate will be responsible for achieving team targets, monitoring daily performance, training team members, and ensuring quality customer acquisition.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead, manage, and motivate the Credit Card Sales team.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Monitor individual and team performance through regular reviews.
Train new and existing team members on products, sales processes, and customer handling.
Generate leads and ensure maximum conversion of prospects into customers.
Monitor the complete sales process from lead generation to application submission.
Ensure proper documentation and adherence to company policies.
Maintain sales reports and provide regular performance updates to management.




Handle customer escalations and resolve sales-related issues.
Drive team productivity and improve conversion ratios.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing of credit card applications.
Candidate RequirementsMinimum 2–4 years of experience in Credit Card / Banking / Financial Services sales.
Prior experience as a Team Leader is preferred.
Solid team-handling and leadership skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Target-oriented with strong sales and negotiation abilities.
Ability to manage pressure and meet deadlines.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and sales reporting.
