Position: Retail Store Manager

Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily store operations and ensure smooth business activities.
Achieve sales targets and maximize store profitability.
Lead, train, and motivate the store team.
Deliver excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns.
Maintain stock accuracy, visual merchandising, and store cleanliness.
Monitor billing, cash handling, and daily sales reports.
Ensure compliance with company policies, attendance, and operational standards.
Coordinate with the warehouse and head office for stock replenishment.

Required Skills:
Robust leadership and team management.
Sales-driven with positive customer handling skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel/POS systems).
Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.

Qualification:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
2–5 years of experience in retail store management (Footwear/Apparel/FMCG preferred).
