Key Responsibilities

Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requirement gathering to onboarding.

Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social media platforms.

Screen resumes and conduct initial HR assessments to evaluate candidate suitability.

Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and technical panels.

Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.

Negotiate compensation packages and facilitate offer rollouts.

Build and maintain talent pipelines for niche semiconductor skill sets.

Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and hiring priorities.

Ensure a positive candidate experience and employer branding throughout the recruitment process.

Stay updated on semiconductor industry trends, talent availability, and market intelligence.
