About the Role

Attero is looking for a creative oriented Editor & Videographer to join our growing marketing team. The ideal candidate should be able to independently manage the complete video production process from planning and shooting to editing and delivering high-quality content optimized for social media and performance marketing.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos for Attero and its business verticals.
Create engaging content for LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, X, and other digital platforms.
Edit videos for performance marketing campaigns, paid advertisements, product launches, testimonials, corporate films, event coverage, and brand campaigns.
Produce short-form content such as Reels, Shorts, and social media videos.
Collaborate with the marketing team to translate concepts into compelling visual stories.
Add motion graphics, transitions, subtitles, animations, and sound design.
Handle camera operations, lighting, framing, and audio recording.
Ensure consistency in brand identity across all content.
Stay updated with social media trends, AI tools, and content formats.
Organize and maintain video assets.

Required Skills




2–3 years of skilled experience in videography and video editing.
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Photoshop, and Midjourney.
Experience with professional cameras, lighting, and audio equipment.
Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, color grading, and sound design.
Experience creating social media-first content and performance marketing creatives.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Excellent attention to detail and creative thinking.

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Film Production, Media preferred but not limited to the field.
Portfolio showcasing social media, corporate, and performance marketing videos.
Experience with B2B or technology brands is an advantage.
