The Site Accountant (Residential Real Estate) handles daily project financial operations, bookkeeping, and residential sales and purchase transactions. The selected candidate will manage accounts payable and receivable, maintain accurate general ledgers, oversee site petty cash, and process contractor running account bills (RA bills). Crucially, this role requires a solid, practical knowledge of construction materials to thoroughly verify material bills, delivery notes, and purchase orders against site inventory. On the sales side, they will track residential booking amounts, reconcile homebuyer installment ledgers, and manage flat or material purchase data. Additionally, they will ensure statutory compliance including GST and TDS, utilizing an advanced command of MS Excel, ERP systems, and Tally Prime. Only candidates with direct, proven accounting experience in residential real estate and construction material verification should apply.
