About the RoleThe Organic World is looking for a customer-focused and energetic Store Executive with 2+ years of retail experience. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth store operations, delivering excellent customer service, maintaining product displays, and supporting sales growth.
Key ResponsibilitiesProvide exceptional customer service and assist customers with product selection.
Ensure shelves are stocked, organized, and visually appealing.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment.
Handle billing, cash transactions, and POS operations.
Maintain store hygiene and compliance with company standards.
Support promotional activities and in-store marketing campaigns.
Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally.




Assist in achieving monthly sales and operational targets.
Required QualificationsGraduate in any discipline.
2+ years of experience in retail, FMCG, supermarket, or grocery store operations.
Robust communication and customer-handling skills.
Basic knowledge of inventory management and billing systems.
Ability to work in shifts and weekends.
