Roles and Responsibilities
Prepare BOQs, estimate quantities, and monitor progress against estimates.
Conduct quantity surveying activities such as rate analysis, material reconciliation, subcontractor billing, client billing, and bill checking.
Create bar bending schedules (BBS) and prepare final accounts for clients.
Ensure accurate estimation of materials required for projects by conducting site visits.
Collaborate with project teams to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to billing.
