Job Responsibilities
Greet customers with a smile and assist them with their orders.
Operate the POS billing system accurately.
Accept payments through Cash, UPI, Cards, and Digital Wallets.
Handle billing, issue receipts, and maintain cash accurately.
Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth order flow.
Resolve basic customer queries professionally.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the billing counter.
Perform end-of-day cash reconciliation and submit reports.
Follow company SOPs and maintain discipline at work.
