We are seeking a detail-oriented Operations Analyst to support global credit clients from our Noida office. You will be the primary user of our Master Data Management (MDM) systems and Deal Platforms, ensuring accurate deal capture, data integrity, and smooth operational workflows across the credit trade lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
• MDM & Deal Platform Management: Setup, validate, and maintain critical reference data and complex credit deal terms within our proprietary platforms. • Credit Trade Lifecycle: Monitor and support the end-to-end operations for credit instruments (e.g., Syndicated Loans, Corporate Bonds, Private Credit).
Required Qualifications & Skills •
Experience: 4+ years in Capital Markets Operations, Reference Data,
Middle Office, or Trade Support.
• Domain Expertise: Robust foundational knowledge of the Credit domain and debt instruments.
• System Knowledge: Proven experience working with Master Data Management (MDM) and Deal Platforms (experience with LoanIQ, WSO, or ClearPar is a solid plus).
• Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables). Basic knowledge of SQL, VBA, or Python is a bonus.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related quantitative field.
