Role: Operations Lead (Ops + Client Handling)
Own end-to-end project execution with a focus on quality and timelines.Act as the primary client contact, ensuring regular updates and a smooth experience. Drive stakeholder alignment and issue resolution to ensure successful project completion.
What You’ll Own
Take complete ownership of project execution from start to finish.
Engage with clients and provide regular project updates (planned / ongoing / upcoming activities).
Coordinate with manpower agencies to ensure timely resource allocation.
Prepare and share Weekly Progress Reports (WPRs).
Lead and guide installation teams to execute work as per design plans.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality execution and customer experience.
Hire, mentor, and build a high-performing operations team.
Ensure strict adherence to processes, SOPs, and quality standards.
Skills & Experience.
B.Tech in Civil / Architecture,B.Tech + MBA(Tier 1 / Tier 2 institutes preferred).
Minimum 2+ years of experience in interior fit-out (residential/corporate).
Robust understanding of project management fundamentals.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel/Google Sheets, MS Word.
