Adritya Systems is seeking an experienced and responsible Senior Solar Technician to lead rooftop solar installation projects. The candidate will supervise installation teams, ensure quality workmanship, maintain safety standards, troubleshoot technical issues, and deliver projects on schedule.
Key Responsibilities
Installation & Commissioning
Lead residential, commercial, and industrial rooftop solar installations.
Install solar modules, mounting structures, inverters, ACDB, DCDB, and associated equipment.
Perform DC and AC wiring as per electrical standards.
Commission solar power plants and verify system performance.
Conduct testing, fault diagnosis, and corrective maintenance.
Technical Responsibilities
Read and interpret electrical drawings and single-line diagrams (SLD).
Perform cable routing, conduit installation, earthing, and lightning protection work.
Ensure proper torqueing, cable dressing, and labeling.
Handle inverter configuration and basic monitoring setup.
Identify and resolve installation issues independently.
