We are seeking an experienced academician and researcher to join our faculty as an Associate Professor in Navi Mumbai. The ideal candidate will provide academic leadership, drive research initiatives, and deliver high-quality education to students in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, and Data Science.

Role & responsibilities
Academic Leadership: Teach advanced modules to undergraduate and postgraduate students (BCA/MCA/B.Tech), mentor junior faculty members, and lead curriculum development to align with current industry trends.
Research & Innovation: Drive high-impact research initiatives, publish consistently in high-indexed journals (Scopus, Web of Science, UGC-CARE), and secure funded research projects or consultancies.
Student Mentorship: Supervise postgraduate and doctoral research projects, guide students in technical innovations, and facilitate career development prospects.
Institutional Administration: Take a lead role in administrative functions,



including internal quality assurance, accreditation procedures (NAAC, NBA, NIRF), and examination management.
Industry Collaboration: Foster partnerships with IT industries to facilitate student internships, guest lectures, and campus placement drives.

Preferred candidate profile
Education: A Ph.D. in Computer Science, Information Technology, AI, Data Science, or a relevant discipline is mandatory.
Academic Background: A solid academic foundation with a BCA and MCA from a core Computer Science background.
Technical Expertise: Mastery of advanced fields such as Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Cloud Architecture, Big Data Analytics, or Cybersecurity.
Soft Skills: Solid leadership capabilities, excellent public speaking and communication skills, and a commitment to institutional growth.
